Pennant Galore

When I saw pennants all over pinterest it made my heart happy!  Think of the places that have them...the circus, sales at stores!, car lots, parties and more.  They bring a sense of joy :)  I can't wait to see them displayed in my classroom!!

Here are two that I just love!
Cute pennant I can make myself! From First Grade Blue Skies

So I got started on a set of a-z pennants and then it expanded into two sets and then grew to add a welcome pennant...whew!  They are eye catching and I can't wait to print them and get some ribbon on them!

My summer has yet to begin but I hope yours is flourishing nicely!

  1. Oh my goodness....these are absolutely, positively awesome. Seriously...LOVE them. Can you give me a tutorial for how you're going to attach them to the ribbon? What are you going to print them off on...cardstock?

    LOVE LOVE LOVE!!!!!!!!!!

  2. Thanks Holly!
I've used various different ways such as punching two holes in the corners and threading ribbon or yarn through heavy duty paper, laminating and using a hot glue gun to attach the ribbon to it, or using clothes pins to attach the letters onto ribbons like the picture above from First Grade Blue Skies. I would agree that cardstock or laminating is the best way to go if it's in a high traffic area :)

  3. Oh BTW I'm choosing the laminating and attaching to ribbon with a hot glue gun because it's the easiest way!!
